What will you do and why:

If you are new in your career within marketing and want to accelerate your career, this is the role for you! This is an entry-level job with a great opportunity to grow in your career-perfect for a person who wants to figure out what area in marketing they want to focus on, whether it would be digital marketing or visual creation. As a marketing assistant at Viedoc, you will report to our Head of Marketing and work on various marketing tasks at a global company.

This means you will:

- Organize, structure, and do inventory of marketing materials

- Create visual content for Social Media, Web, and Emails according to our existing brand guidelines

- Help with the distribution of newsletters, website content, as well as organic and paid social media

- Contribute to the follow-up of various projects and campaigns

- Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns as well as tracking marketing metrics / KPIs

- Support the department's various projects with administrative tasks, such as transcribing audio, uploading receipts, drafting content, and much more.

As a professional, we would like you to have:

- An education within Marketing, Communication, Visual Design, or similar areas

- Good writing and verbal communication skills in English

- Familiar with the Office package: Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.

- Photograph and video-editing skills are preferred but not required

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Studerar på universitet om minst 50%, med minst ett halvår kvar av studier, gärna med inriktning marknadsföring
- Har en fallenhet för att formulera dig i text
- God förståelse för marknadsföringsstrategier och förmåga att skapa engagerande marknadsföringsmaterial
- Är kreativ och har ett genuint intresse för marknadsföring och kommunikation
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både tal och skrift

As an IT Operations Specialist you will be an important part of keeping our systems running. The work tasks include installation and configuration of servers and services in Azure. Monitoring, installation of system updates, release handling, troubleshooting and backup management. Ensuring the availability and health of the system.

About you

- We believe that you have an academic degree or similar in IT.

We are currently looking for an interim-Controller to fill in during our present Controller’s parental leave fromAugust 2024 to February 2025 (with a possibility for extension).

What you will do and why:
At Viedoc we are currently experiencing strong growth. To ensure a smooth journey for our customers we are therefore looking for somebody to join us as Sales Operations Specialist. You will have a key role in an international organization that service life science companies and research institutions and report directly to our Global Head of Sales Operations. The sales operations team members are liaisons for sales to other parts of the organization such as finance, marketing, legal, QA and IT departments. The Sales Operations Specialist will represent and manage the support function to Sales in the European Region. The Sales Operations Specialist will not proactively sell Viedoc to new prospects or perform Account Management with current customers. But rather you are the key to knowledge for Sales about Viedoc as a company, Viedoc as a product and the services we provide.

You will join a global team with a solid foundation of processes and opportunities to contribute to the department's success. This means you:

- Support in ongoing sales process development, understanding and carrying out our processes including: our pricing policy, market research, qualifying incoming leads, preparing and sending quotations (together with Account managers) and supporting customers with questions related to quotations, our prices, product and company
- Work on our sales administration processes including: preparing NDA's, Master Service Agreements, Quotations and Work Orders, and registering potential clients and their contacts in the CRM system, and support in Sales RFIS, convert quotations to Work Orders, arranging/facilitating electronic signatures, and recording all agreements in the CRM and company archives
- Support to Account Managers on Sales communications
- Prepare and present sales metrics when needed
- Maintain sales forecasting in CRM system together with Account Managers, and maintaining records in both CRM and company archives
- Work with the CRM team on tasks and changes, such as organizing and updating current and new client communications and contacts in CRM system
- Act as the liaison between Finance, Legal, Professional Services, IT and Sales


As a professional, we would like you to have:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a software sales organization and experience in life sciences. It is a minimum requirement that the candidate has one solid experience or the other, but preferably both (Software Sales + Life Sciences/Clinical Trials)
- An accredited College minimum
- Experience in using tools and tech for lead generation like Sales Navigator, CRM etc.
- Experience working with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
- Knowledge in Clinical Trials, Information Technology, Information Security and/or licenses sales
