Vi söker en produktionsingenjör till sektionen Chip & IFC på Cytiva site i Fyrislund. Sektionen består idag av 17 operatörer, 4 ingenjörer, 1 teamleader och 1 sektionschef. Vi producerar förbrukningsartiklar (sensorchip, kit & reagens) samt reservdelar (optiska interface & mikroflödeskanaler) till Cytivas Biacoreinstrument som används för att analysera olika proteiner i diverse forsknings-och läkemedelsapplikationer.
I den breda rollen som produktionsingenjör ansvarar du för att tillverkningsprocesserna för sensorchip samt kit & reagens. Arbetet som produktionsingenjör innebär framför allt att du är ett dagligt stöd till produktionen.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Förbättringsarbete (t.ex. uppdatera produktionsdokument)
Driva Change Control-ärenden
Utföra och dokumentera riskanalyser
Avvikelsehantering
Felsökning av processutrustning
Kontakt med underhållsavdelning och/eller entreprenörer
Samarbeta med F&U vid nyproduktprojekt och produktvårdsprojekt
Fungerar som stöd i reklamationsärenden och driva utredningar rörande reklamationer

Vem är du:
Civilingenjör eller motsvarande med inriktning mot bioteknik/kemiteknik/maskinteknik eller liknande.

Some of the things you’ll do
We are looking for production technicians to join us in the scale up of our sodium-ion battery cell manufacturing facility! The Production Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment on the battery cell assembly line. This role ensures the efficient and accurate production of battery cells while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Production Technician will work closely with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes, conduct quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities inclute but are not limited to
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce battery cells according to production schedules and specifications.
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and accurate assembly of battery cells.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on battery cells and components to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations, working closely with engineers and other team members to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of chemicals and materials, and ensure the regular cleaning and maintenance of machines, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on production processes and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Willingness to work in different areas of production as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability to changing production requirements.


What Were looking for
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Vocational or technical training related to manufacturing, electronics, or a related field is highly beneficial.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Competence in using basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) for data entry, report generation, and documentation.
Knowledge of industry safety protocols and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.

The Senior Product Manager Chromatography is responsible for leading the development of a Chromatography product offering focused specifically on viral vectors by providing multi-functional leadership and strategic direction for the portfolio. Work closely with Marketing and Commercial to define go-to-market strategy for global product launch activities including positioning, value proposition, sales training, collateral and demand generation strategies.
Identify market trends and opportunities in the viral vector chromatography landscape. Support external evaluation, open innovation and potential internal and external collaborations to enable a complete product offering.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with commercial team members, to ensure product offerings and positioning are meeting critical customer needs.
Be the business expert on Viral Vector Chromatography. Function as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers.

Who you are:
Domain expert with a Master’s or PhD (preferable) and MBA (preferable) with 5+ years of relevant experience in Viral Vector downstream processing.
Experience in Product Management, including: market trends/analysis, NPI process, product roadmap development, product life-cycle management.
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams and proven ability to work globally.
Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, learning agility, network leadership and stretched experience as well as passion for continuous improvement

We are looking for a consultative Human Resources professional who is experienced with providing a variety of HR solutions to meet business needs. You love analyzing data, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and excel in building relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed and collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Several years of experience from business-oriented HR roles.
Demonstrated experience as a cross-functional partner who collaborates well and can indirectly influence in a matrixed environment.
Proven labor and employee relations experience over a significant period in a large multinational / international environment / matrix organization.
Sound experience in negotiation and working & building relationships with works councils / unions.
A self-motivated individual who is comfortable operating with minimal direction and who thrives in a dynamic environment as a leader influencing change and transformation.
Credible and savvy business partner who will be perceived as a trusted consultant and functional expert to senior management.
Mission-driven individual with high energy and strong levels of perseverance; works toward both individual and team goals.
Capable of rolling up one’s sleeves to do what it takes to drive results; not hindered by process or ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Willing to travel approximately up to 10-20% of the time.

We are looking for a Field Applications Specialist to work with our cell and gene therapy customers across EMEA. Do you have a passion for technical customer support? Then we would love to hear from you
What you'll do:
Organize and deliver product demonstrations, training, sites visit and follow ups for customers in the EMEA region.
Provide pre and post sales technical support to customers and sales teams on products, reagents and cell therapy workflows.
Design-in new products for customers moving from open to closed systems, or scaling their processes.
Develop good long-term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the company.
Troubleshoot customer technical issues and add value by identifying continuous improvement opportunities in their manufacturing processes and designing and implementing innovative process enhancement.
Ensure exhaustive reporting of all on-field activities and customer contacts on SFDC.
Design, develop and deliver training courses, theoretical as well as practical, in the field of cell therapy.
Collect customer and market feedback from the field and channel it to internal team and relevant departments.

Who you are:
Degree in Cell Biology.
2 – 5 years experience within the cell therapy industry.
Experience of working in a cell therapy process development lab/GMP facility.
Be able to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking.
Demonstrates a high standard of written/verbal communication.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in customer service.
Fluent English.
Willing to travel up to 75%.
Remote work.

As Product Manager Chromatography Resins, you will work alongside the product management team to support our core chromatography resins as they transition from an introduction stage of their Life Cycle through Growth and Maturity stages.
This position is part of the BioProcess Product Management Organization located in Uppsala and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you’ll do:
Manage a range of process chromatography resins over its life cycle to maximize market share and margin
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs and product quality standards are met
Support the commercial team through relevant documentation, seminars and meetings with customers
Drive forecasting of product range and supporting the organization in execution of supply chain deliveries
As an integral member of the product management team, you will actively support and be supported by the product management team

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, Biotechnology or other Life Science related fields
Business and customer-oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver results.
Ability to understand and apply data to define actions and support decisions.
Internal and external customer-facing experience that demonstrates the capability to influence stakeholders.
Capability to lead projects and teams
Fluency in English both written & oral communication. The Uppsala site is an international working environment, although understanding and speaking Swedish is a big plus.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Product Management.
The following systems: MAGIC, Qlik & SFDC.
