We are now recruiting a Sustainability Manager to our Group Operations Team at Optinova.
Group Operations (GOPS) provides Shared Services and implements strategic change projects, common business systems and end-to-end processes across Optinova group. Now we are strengthening the team with a new Sustainability Manager role.
Sustainability is one of the key pillars in Optinova’s strategy. Our goal is to continuously reduce carbon footprint and waste in our operations and entire value chain, and to always act according to high ethical standards.
The Job
Our Sustainability Manager will define Optinova Group's sustainability strategy, lead selected implementation projects and coordinate sustainability reporting. The role is highly operational, including “hands-on” project management, data collection and reporting. Self-initiative and up-to-date expertise in sustainability regulations and best practices are needed to succeed in the role.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Together with Group management define sustainability strategy, KPIs and implementation roadmap
Lead selected sustainability implementation projects
Coordinate quarterly and annual sustainability reporting
Lead sustainability assessments and related gap closuring
Coordinate annual sponsorship program planning
Provide expertise in sustainability regulation and best practises

You can be located in one of our offices in Mariehamn (Åland, Finland) or Uppsala (Sweden).
To succeed in this job, you need the following:
Detailed understanding on sustainability regulations, like CSRD
Detailed understating on GHG Protocol scope 1,2 and 3 reporting
Previous experience in making company/group sustainability reports
Previous experience in sustainability assessment platforms, like Ecovadis
Ability to take initiative, influence and collaborate with Optinova units, customers, suppliers and other external parties
Ability to prioritize, focus and deliver on-time
Strategic thinking and ability to summarize
Fluency in English(Swedish is an advantage)

The ERP System Manager owns our ERP system solution (Monitor). ERP is widely used across the entire global organization, including sales, logistics, sourcing, production and accounting. This challenging role offers very interesting tasks and key role in global business context.

Lead (matrix or line) a team of nominated ERP functional owners
Lead solution development and testing

Fluent English (Swedish is a strong plus).

Experience with MedTech products, such as catheters, is a big advantage.

We’re looking for an Account Manager/Sales to strengthen our team in Uppsala, Sweden. If you excel at building strong customer relationships, driving sales strategies, and working with cross-functional teams, this could be a great opportunity for you.
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the development of Optinova’s Industrial Business Line in key European markets such as UK, Switzerland, Italy, Nordic country and Germany. Required skills and experience
Relevant educational background and degree in business, commerce and/or engineering
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally with technical products in industrial markets.
Experience working internationally or in global teams.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage).

Valuable skills and experience
Minimum five years of sales experience, B2B, in a sales role
Strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to scale up and transform ideas into sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in international settings.
Familiarity with ISO 13845 standards or similar regulatory knowledge is a plus.

Location: Uppsala, Sweden (hybrid possibilities: 3 days on-site, 2 remote).
Travel: Up to 30-40 overnight stays annually.

Kvalifikationer
En passion för kundservice med en person- och resultatorienterad attityd.
5 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av kundsupport, gärna inom Life Science
Flytande svenska och engelska (tyska är ett plus).
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med ERP-system (erfarenhet av ERP Monitor är ett stort plus) och kunskap i MS Office 365.
Utmärkta organisatoriska färdigheter och förmågan att prioritera uppgifter effektivt.
Förmåga att anpassa sig och kommunicera med olika personligheter och kulturer.

Vi söker en Supply Chain Manager som kan leda arbetet mot en mer standardiserad och digitaliserad process för efterfråge-, produktions- och leveransplanering. Som medlem av Jomalas ledningsgrupp kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att utveckla och optimera våra försörjningskedjor.
I den här rollen kommer du att leda ett team bestående av tre medarbetare inom kundservice, logistik, planering och inköp. Ditt fokus kommer att vara att stödja och utveckla ditt team samt säkerställa effektiv planering och genomförande av våra försörjningsprocesser.
Ansvarsområden

För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du:
Inneha en universitet/högskoleutbildning inom industriell ekonomi eller liknande.
Ha gedigen erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla försörjningskedjor, gärna inom tillverkningsindustrin.
Ha en stark analytisk förmåga och erfarenhet av att genomföra kostnadsanalyser.
Vara intresserad av och kunnig inom utvecklande ledarskap
Ha erfarenhet av mål- och strategiarbete
Vara drivande och lösningsorienterad
