Här njuter du av den vackra huvudbyggnaden med anor från 1600-talet, sagolika matsalar, en pampig grönskande trädgård, matupplevelser och avkoppling.Om rollenVi söker en engagerad och noggrann städmedarbetare till vår städavdelning på Krusenberg Herrgård. I rollen som städmedarbetare kommer du att ansvara för att hålla våra hotellrum och allmänna utrymmen skinande rena och inbjudande för våra gäster. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar städning av hotellrum, samt städning av allmänna ytor inom herrgården. Du kommer att arbeta nära vårt team, där du rapporterar till vår städledare Emma Bergström.
Förutom den dagliga städningen kan visst ansvar för öppning och stängning av lokaler förekomma.
Din profilVi söker dig som är glad, positiv och har ett öga för detaljer. Du har en känsla för kundservice och strävar alltid efter att överträffa gästernas förväntningar. Flexibilitet och effektivitet är nyckelord i denna roll, och du trivs med att arbeta i ett högt tempo.
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha körkort och tillgång till bil samt kunna kommunicera på svenska i både tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av hotellstädning eller hemstädning, men det viktigaste är din inställning och viljan att bidra till vårt team.

Vad innebär rollen?

Tillsammans med dina kollegor ansvarar du för den viktiga uppgiften att hotellet håller en hög standard avseende helt och rent och ser till att våra gäster få en ”wow-känsla” när de kliver in på hotellet och i sitt hotellrum. I rollen ingår bland annat att städa hotellrum, korridorer, pentry samt allmänna utrymmen. Du och dina kollegor bidrar till den allmänna ordningen i hotellets lokaler, hanterar tvätt och fyller på våra förråd.

Vem är du?

För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara noggrann och ha ett öga för detaljer. Det är viktigt att du har en god fysik, är flexibel och har god samarbetsförmåga då alla medarbetare tillsammans ansvarar för gästens upplevelse. Du sprider god energi runt dig och är en omtänksam kollega. Du har tidigare vana från städyrket, gästbemötande och kan kommunicera på svenska. Då vi använder Ipads behöver du ha viss datorvana. Tidigare erfarenhet från hotell är meriterande.

Information om tjänsten

Tjänsten är en visstidsanställning på deltid. Sommaranställning. Platsen omfattar dagskift och kvällsskift under vardagar och helger.
