Responsibilities
Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
Become proficient to perform common repairs autonomously and learn how to perform complex repairs.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and over the region) you will be sharing support and best practices in order to further improve the service experience.
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to help develop your technical skills. And by also sharing your own skills and knowledge with the team, you’re a part of driving the whole group forward.



Requirements
Technically experienced: You have some professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
Technically qualified: You, ideally, have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Sweden. You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts. You are willing to travel when needed.
Eligible: to work in Sweden.

We are looking for a Automotive Mechanic for Tesla's Mobile Service across the northern part of Stockholm. Our Mobile Service Technicians are unique in the industry, driving in custom fit cars to customer locations to address their needs, ensuring best in class service.

Responsibilities
Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and drive out to customers to service their vehicles. This is an independent position.
Ensure top quality: Fix it right first time, we trust you to inspect our vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery and to work with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) you will be sharing support and best practices to further improve the service experience.
Develop: Setting you up for success our dedicated in-house training teams will train you on Tesla specific technology and the repair of Electrical Vehicles.
Support end to end mobile service process as needed by the business to be able to perform their core duties, with activities like parts management, scheduling, etc.
Customer Facing: Take ownership of all customer facing interactions. You will be required to perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and general usage of vehicle.



Requirements
Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within automotive or similar industries.
A good communicator: You speak and write English and Swedish well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully
Safe to drive: We require you to hold a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of two years.
Flexible: You are willing to travel to various sites and detail cars, when needed
Eligible: you have the right to work in Sweden

What You’ll Do
Serva, reparera och förbättra: Genom att arbeta med Teslas specifika mjukvara och avancerade verktyg kommer du att utföra reparationer samt underhålla våra bilar.
Säkra högsta kvalitet: Att reparera rätt första gången är viktigt och du kommer att inspektera våra bilar noggrant och med högsta standard innan avlämning
Samarbeta: Arbeta med olika team och avdelningar (lokalt och regionalt) för att kunna supportera och dela goda exempel för att förbättra serviceupplevelsen för alla våra kunder.
Utvecklas: Vi kommer att göra allt för att skapa rätt förutsättningar för dig att lyckas genom att träna dig i Tesla-specifik teknologi och reparationer av elektriska bilar.


What You’ll Bring
Tekniskt erfaren: Du har professionell erfarenhet av att utföra service och reparationer från antingen bil-, flyg-, båtindustrin eller liknande.
Tekniskt kvalificerad: Du har relevanta certifieringar för att utföra bilreparationer i Sverige.
En skicklig kommunikatör: Du skriver och pratar engelska och gärna svenska, och vet hur du får saker gjorda genom respektfull och tydlig kommunikation.
En säker förare: Vi har som krav att du innehar ett giltigt B-körkort.
En flexibel lagspelare: Du trivs med att samarbeta med olika typer av människor och är redo att jobba skift för att hjälpa ditt team vid behov.

Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
