The Executive Assistant is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact between the President, Discovery & Medical OpCo and key internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, clients, and investors. In this role, you will be accountable for results-oriented organizational proficiency and strategic administrative support, while handing the demands of a fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the President, Discovery & Medical OpCo and is part of Discovery and Medical within Cytiva. The role is located in Amersham UK, Cardiff UK, or Uppsala Sweden and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including proactive calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for President and selected L1 leaders.
Efficiently manage the calendar by organizing meetings, appointments, and events. Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time allocation for strategic priorities.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, handling incoming and outgoing communications. Draft, proofread, and manage emails, letters, and other correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and briefing notes. Attend key meetings to take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and execution. Help support communication where needed, e.g. town hall coordination.
Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and manage changes or disruptions as needed.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Support the President with research, data gathering, and execution of special projects, often involving cross-functional collaboration.
Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure cross-functional coordination and continuity of administrative support during absences or periods of high activity.

Who you are:
Experienced administrative professional with a strong background in supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational skills with a pro-active approach and the ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, especially in the context of confidential strategy discussions, talent & development conversations and M&A-related activity.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, and SharePoint.
Knowledge of 365 Copilot and prompt engineering know-how.

Vi söker nu efter vår nästa Processäkerhetsingenjör till avdelningen Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) på Cytivas anläggning i Uppsala. I denna roll ingår du i det lokala EHS-teamet bestående av ett 20-tal experter inom processäkerhet, arbetsmiljö, yttre miljö och kemikaliehantering.
Som processäkerhetsingenjör ansvarar du för att säkerställa att processerna följer säkerhetsbestämmelser och standarder, identifiera och bedöma potentiella säkerhetsrisker, utveckla och implementera säkerhetsåtgärder, samt övervaka och rapportera om säkerhetsfrågor. Rollen innebär även att samarbeta med olika team för att förbättra säkerheten och att utbilda personalen i säkra arbetsmetoder.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
Arbeta med riskhantering för processystem i syfte att förhindra olyckor som brand, explosion och okontrollerat utflöde från anläggningar som hanterar farliga ämnen.
Genomföra olika typer av riskanalyser för verksamheten (t.ex HAZID, HAZOP, SWIFT, grovriskanalys).
Driva förbättringar av företagets rutiner avseende processäkerhet och processäkerhetspåverkan.
Delta i projektarbete med att definiera konstruktionskrav och följa upp dessa.
Vara en del i EHS teamets compliance kontroll, via lagbevakning och aktiviteter för att kontrollera lagefterlevnad på företaget.
Delta i Cytivas arbete för ständiga förbättringar, via till exempel hantering av händelserapporter, både lokalt och i globala sammanhang.
Föra dialoger med externa aktörer, så som myndigheter och försäkringsbolag.
Utveckla instruktioner och hålla i utbildningar inom processäkerhetsområdet.

De huvudsakliga kraven för tjänsten är:
Teknisk högskoleutbildning inom ett för tjänsten relevant område, exempelvis ingenjör inom risk-, brand- eller kemiteknik.
Ett par års erfarenhet av från kemisk/teknisk processindustri eller liknande.
Kunnig om säkerhetspraxis, analysmetoder och regelverk inom området.
Erfarenhet av riskhantering- och olycksutredningsmetodik.
Du kommunicerar obehindrat på såväl svenska som på engelska, både i tal och i skrift.

Det är även meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av:
Förtrogen med kravtolkning utifrån styrande lagar som tex Seveso, LBE, LSO och AML-lagstiftningen.
Vana att driva förbättringsinitiativ enlig leanprinciper eller motsvarande.

Vi söker nu efter vår nästa Byggnadsingenjör till Cytivas site i Uppsala. Rollen rapporterar till sitens fastighetschef och ingår i ett team tillsammans med 11 andra medarbetare som verkar för att sitens fastigheter kan nyttjas på ett ändamålsenligt sätt. Som byggnadsingenjör hos oss blir du en nyckelperson i att utveckla och underhålla våra fastigheter och produktionsanläggningar. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektledare, entreprenörer och interna intressenter för att säkerställa att våra byggprojekt uppfyller högt ställda krav på kvalitet, säkerhet och hållbarhet.

Vi söker dig som har:

Vi söker nu efter vår nästa Site Service Manager till Cytivas site i Uppsala. I rollen som Site Service Manager leder du ett team om 5 direktrapporterande medarbetare och ett flertal leverantörer som tillsammans ansvarar för att tillgodose de tjänster och resurser som behövs för att anläggningen ska fungera effektivt, tryggt och trivsamt. Detta innefattar allt från sitens restaurang-, städ-, och receptionsverksamhet till avfallshantering, trucktransporter och hantering av farligt gods. Vad du ska göra

Vem du är

The Labour and Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for providing strategic guidance, practical advice, and thought partnership on all employee relations matters to HR and business teams across the Nordics. The role leads consultations and negotiations on workplace issues, collaborates with trade unions and works councils, and ensures compliance through investigations, documentation, and proactive interventions using data analytics. Additionally, the specialist manages case systems, partners with external legal counsel, and serves as the liaison with the Danaher Global Labour and Employee Relations function for complex cases. This is an onsite role based in Uppsala, Sweden.
What you will do:
Provide thought partnership, strategic guidance and practical, commercially centered advice on all ER related matters to regional HR and business teams in the Nordics, requiring regular travel and integration into the regional HR network.
Lead information, consultation, and negotiation processes for workplace issues including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, organisational changes, policy rollouts, and collective agreements.
Collaborate with trade unions and works councils across Sweden and the Nordics addressing workplace issues, and maintaining a trust-based relationship with employee representative bodies.
Lead and support on investigations, develop ER toolkits and standard work, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with evolving legislation.
Ensure that all cases are inserted into the case management system (Service Now) and prepare reports for HR colleagues and senior managers.
Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to uncover patterns in employee relations issues, enabling the development of proactive, evidence-based interventions and training that foster a constructive and inclusive working environment.
Engage with external legal counsel and employer associations to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.

We are looking for a Finance Manager FP&A, Bioprocess Operations, to support analytics, forecasting and reporting to Bioprocess Finance leaders and CFO.

The Global Strategic Account Manager (GSAM) partners closely with Global Strategic Account Directors (GSADs) to translate account strategies into flawless execution. Who you are:

Experienced in customer governance (QBRs, ERMs, S&OP;) and driving execution that strengthens global strategic account partnerships.
Proficient in program management methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, Six Sigma) and tools; adept at managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

The Finance Manager, Hardware Solutions, Services EMEA is a key business partner for the Equipment Service EMEA business, which is a sub-business of the Hardware Solutions OpCo.
This position reports to the Senior Director – Finance, Equipment Services and is part of the finance team in Hardware Solutions. The position is located in Uppsala, Sweden and will be an on-site role.
What you’ll do
Business Partner to the EMEA Services General Manager providing financial & decision-making support to drive sustainable growth, as the Finance Leader in EMEA Service leadership team. Challenge and partner with the Services sales and operations leaders to deliver continuous improvement through provocative and insightful analysis and modelling (as above) driving business performance towards entitlement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations team to prepare metrics on Point-of-Sale / Service Sales contracts, warranty conversion/contract renewal, discounts, pricing and contract profitability.
Develop monthly forecasts for the EMEA Services P&L from orders & sales through to operating margin with variance analysis, risks & opportunities, linked to commercial execution and operational actions. Prepare, coordinate and lead the monthly & quarterly closing processes, & collaborate with Controllership to ensure compliance and adherence to accounting standards. Lead & execute financial planning processes, namely the annual Budget process and target setting process. Present financials in monthly operating & forecast reviews to the Cytiva Global Services VP, focusing on insightful financial analysis on the performance of the EMEA Service business
Produce complex financial modelling with linkages across multiple disciplines – service work orders demand planning & backlog, headcount including applied time/utilization/productivity, commercial backlog, revenue and margin.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive simplification through the organization and to improve rigor and efficiency. Global Digital tools & process improvement projects – collaborate with the Digital team to deliver analytical visualization tools in QlikSense, such as margin by franchise & product, revenue analysis. Lead the Finance workstream in the implementation of DBS for Services (Danaher Business System) working with cross-functional Services team

Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar business-related course
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in a role after qualifying or graduating from a company finance training program. Will consider recently qualified or graduated from a company finance training program if specific finance training experience is relevant to this role
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change
Clear thinking / problem solving: ability to work cross functionally and lead projects/process improvement initiatives; quickly grasp new idea and concepts
Excellent communication skills across various career levels, functions, and regions. Ability to clearly communicate complex financial results to a non-financial audience
Strong PC Skills: Strong Excel skills essential (managing large amounts of data, vlookups, pivot tables, financial modelling), with some experience in visualization tools strongly preferred (preferably QlikSense), and Powerpoint desirable. Experience with financial systems/applications desirable (Oracle, SFDC preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Industrial designer to join our global user experience team, to work on the design of our instruments, process systems and other products. The role consists of, as a integrated member of our product development teams, performing design work covering the entire process from early collection of insights via conceptual design to completion of design documentation for production, all in collaboration with stakeholders in product management and R&D.

Vad du ska göra
Som serviceingenjör på Cytiva kommer du att ingå i det nordiska fältserviceteamet med 25 serviceingenjörer i Sverige, Finland, Island, Danmark och Litauen. Tillsammans med dina kollegor kommer du att ansvara för att serva och kvalificera vår kunds utrustning bestående av biofarmautrustning såsom vätskekromatografisystem (ÄKTA avant, ÄKTA pure, ÄKTA ready etc), filtrering (FlowStar, AquaWit) och cellodlingsutrustning (ReadyToProcess WAVE, XDR etc). Du kommer att arbeta i laboratorier och läkemedelsproduktionsanläggningar hos kund men även arbeta i vår serviceverkstad.
Detta är en fältbaserad roll med omfattande resande inom Norden och Baltikum. Med huvudkontor baserat i Uppsala kommer du att besöka kunder inom Sverige men även i övriga Norden och Baltikum. Du kommer att ansvara för utförandet av kundbesök, inklusive kundkoordinering, reseplanering och beställning av reservdelar. The Sr Staff Software Architect is responsible for the ERP functional system design by selecting technologies that are robust, scalable, maintainable, and meet user requirements and project deliverables. Who you are:

The Custom Engineering department at Cytiva is responsible for delivering customized downstream hardware and software solutions used in Biopharma development and manufacturing. The Program Manager, VAVE at Cytiva will lead the global deployment of the Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) program to drive total cost improvements. What you will do:
Deploy the VAVE program globally across Cytiva to drive total cost improvement, engaging cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance.

Who you are:
Preferably 7+ years in an Engineering/Supply Chain environment.

We are looking for a Senior Research Engineer for our team in Uppsala. You will, as part of R&D, contribute to the development of new products which are used in the manufacturing of leading biological drugs. As Senior Research Engineer, you will take an active part in troubleshooting of existing Cytiva processes. The Uppsala Cytiva site is a key hub with more than 1500 employees across various functions including manufacturing, marketing, quality control and QA. As such, collaboration and cross-functional activities with other functions will make up a significant and important part of your responsibilities as a Research Engineer.
This position has a strong focus on hands-on synthesis work in lab scale, specifically in development of chromatography resins for bioseparations. Hence, the person suited for this opening should enjoy working in a chemistry lab.
What you will do:
Perform experimental work within the area of surface/polymer/organic chemistry with focus on particle generation.
Provide technical expertise within the areas of chromatography resins. Solve technical problems, supporting both Research and Development projects.
Work in science projects as well as product development.
Perform primary characterization.
Independently plan and accomplish given tasks from Project Manager or Section Manager, to reach given project objectives.
Document and report results, both orally and written.

Who you are:
BSc. / MSc., or equal experience in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
3-5 years of work experience from a similar R&D role, preferably in the life sciences industry.
Documented laboratory experience, preferably with an organic or polymer chemistry focus.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and oral communication.

Drive Design-In and Spec-Win activities for our chromatography resins by identifying new opportunities and closing deals—leveraging deep technical and application knowledge of the resin portfolio to support both short- and long-term sales growth.


Plan and conduct customer meetings, and proactively identify and monitor their molecule pipelines to secure Design-In wins for our resins portfolio.

The role of the Design transfer specialist (DTS) is to act as a liaison between Engineering, Research and development (RnD), and the shop floor materials team on all part-related implementations and changes to current and future products. The DTS works to ensure a stable material flow of purchased parts used in Uppsala manufacturing. For ongoing production, the DTS works with inspection procedures and quality investigations.
This is an onsite position located in Uppsala, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers to secure shipments and ensure part quality.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, production planning, material planning, sourcing, and supplier quality engineering.
Act as a project member for implementing engineering change orders (ECOs), including initiating workflows and managing Phase IN/OUT activities according to standard work.
Communicate engineering baselines and updated part information to suppliers to ensure timely and accurate part implementations.
Establish and maintain inspection instructions, including applicable measurement and test procedures, to ensure incoming parts meet quality standards.
Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Interact with stakeholders to align on part updates and ensure smooth integration into production.

Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and/or several years of experience in manufacturing industry working with similar or related engineering tasks.
Knowledge in measurement technology and reading mechanical drawings and/or knowledge in printed circuit assemblies, and correlating design documentation.
Production and supplier quality experience with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English language.

Understanding of PDM and ERP system is desirable.

Utveckla och föra över analysmetoder mellan olika avdelningar
Utreda och åtgärda kvalitetsproblem på analysmetoder och instrument
Leda utredningar för avvikande analysresultat
Utbilda personal med avseende på tekniker, instrument och analysmetoder
Representera QC och samarbeta med andra avdelningar i produktionskedjan såsom produktionen, R&D och QA
Delta i utredningar vid eventuella tillverkningsproblem
Delta som QC representant i nyproduktprojekt och produktvårdsprojekt
Vid arbetstoppar utföra frisläppande analyser, kontrollräkna och utföra analysacceptans




Vem är du
MSc eller BSc inom kemi eller liknande, med ett flertal års arbetslivserfarenhet inom Life Science/läkemedelsinsdustrin
Teoretisk och praktisk erfarenhet inom kromatografi, gärna med ÄKTA och Agilent system samt av kolonnpackning. Ytterligare analysteknikerfarenhet är meriterande
God kommunikationsförmåga i svenska och engelska både i tal och skrift
God problemlösningsförmåga
Erfarenhet av att använda Microsoft Office programvaror
Kan driva & engagera ett team för att nå uppsatta mål

Övriga önskvärda kvalifikationer är:
Erfarenhet och kunskap om proteinkemi
Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i en position med krav på ledarskapsförmåga
Kunskap och erfarenhet av kvalitetskontroll GMP, GDP, ISO etc.
Erfarenhet av Oracle, Magic
Erfarenhet från förändring- och förbättringsarbete

I rollen som utvecklingsingenjör ska du vara flexibel och bra på att samarbeta med andra. Du bör också gilla att arbeta i förändring, driva förbättringsarbete samt kunna utföra flera arbetsuppgifter parallellt.

Både vad gäller att utföra analyser och underhåll av instrument men också vad gäller metodutveckling.
Rekryteringsprocessen för den publicerade tjänsten planeras att starta i mitten av augusti, med hänsyn till sommarsemestrarna.
